The idea for Louisville Places began while working rideshare and meeting visitors from across the United States and around the world. Many passengers asked the same questions: What should we see while we’re here? or What are some interesting places in Louisville?
As an artist who has lived in Louisville my entire life, I’ve always been interested in the city’s neighborhoods, history, architecture, and culture. Louisville has a lot of character that isn’t always obvious at first glance.
Louisville Places was created as a simple guide to help people explore the city—from well-known landmarks to smaller places that locals know about.
Whether you’re visiting Louisville for the first time or have lived here for years, the goal is to make it easier to discover interesting places around the city.
